Take any request for a paged category, tag, or author archive that uses too high a page number, and redirect it to the main archive page for that tag or category or author.
What this Plugin Makes Possible
This plugin helps maintain a smooth user experience when moving posts around en masse in such a way that specific multi-page archives get shortened. Rather than hitting a 404 when a user visits an archive page that used to exist, this plugin redirects the user back to the front page of that same archive. Just for fun, the plugin will also intercept requests to the superfluous
/page/1/ and redirect back to the same main archive.
